• Upon submitting a website order, please allow 2-5 business days* for processing and shipment.
• Unless otherwise stated, all shipments will be sent via standard ground delivery methods.

Exchanges (Website Purchases)

Please note that we recommend contacting us before shipping an item back to us for an exchange. Be aware that all shipping costs associated with your return/exchange are your responsibility.  If exchanging an item, please include the following information in your return package (or by emailing us at hello@nootkaclothing.com).

Upon receiving your purchased item, you will have 14 days to request an exchange of your item. To confirm your receival date, please refer to your shipment tracking information.

1. Your Full Name and Order Number
2. Details on what you would like to exchange.

Please note that if the item you are hoping to exchange your purchased item for is out of stock, we will notify you and issue you a refund IF:

1. Your item is delivered to us in a condition which enables us to restock it.
2. Your item is not damaged or visibly worn in any way.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Returns (Website Purchases)

Upon receival of the delivery of your item, you will have 14 days to request a return. Please email us at orders@nootkaclothing.com to request a return. Your date of receipt can be found in your shipment tracking information. Late returns may be subject to a $20 restocking fee. After 30 days, we reserve the right to decline your return or issue a $20 restocking fee.

Please note that items returned to us in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used at purchase on our website.

Are returns free? 

All costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. However, all items returned in good condition will be compensated via a coupon code for use on our website. The value of this coupon code will equal the total cost of the item's return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Instructions

Please return your item(s) in packing materials of equal or greater quality to the packing materials you received your item(s) in. This will help ensure the items are not damaged during their return journey.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Damaged items will be not eligible for return or refund.

2. Details specifying why you are returning your item.

Please allow 10-14 business days upon receival of your return package for us to process your return and refund. You will be notified by email one your return is processed. All shipping and handling costs associated with your original order are non-refundable.
